Booking service
Service is arranged by phone. When you call, we ask for your address and a description of the problem. A plumber diagnoses the problem and gives you a price before work starts. You may decline the price, and we will explain whether you owe a charge for the visit before the plumber begins.
Arrival times depend on traffic, weather and the number of urgent calls. We give an honest estimate when you call, and the actual time can change with conditions.
Payment
Payment is due when work is complete unless we agreed otherwise in advance. We accept the payment methods the plumber lists at the time of the job.
Warranty
Warranty terms on parts and labor are stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures and water heaters apply separately and are set by the manufacturer.
