Lodi Pro Plumbing is a plumbing company at 256 Harrison Ave in Lodi, New Jersey. We handle emergency and scheduled plumbing for houses, apartments and small businesses in Lodi, Hackensack, Saddle Brook, Hasbrouck Heights, Maywood and Wood-Ridge. The business exists to answer one kind of call well: a person with a plumbing problem who wants it explained, priced and fixed.
We keep this page plain because trust is earned by what the work looks like, not by badges. You will not find invented review scores or founder stories here. What you will find is how the phone line works, how the price is set and which rules the work follows.
How the phone line works
The line at (973) 488-5410 is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A person answers, asks what is happening and where you are, and tells you what to shut off while a plumber is assigned. Calls to the line may be recorded or monitored for quality and training, and the privacy policy explains how that is handled.
We do not use online forms. A phone call is faster, and it lets us ask the follow-up question that decides whether your problem can wait until morning or needs a truck now.
How we set a price
Price is set after the plumber sees the problem, and it is stated before work starts. That rule has three parts:
- We diagnose first, so the quote matches the actual cause.
- We explain the options, including the cheaper repair when one exists.
- If something changes once a wall is open or a line is camera-checked, you hear about it before more work is done.
We do not offer a flat price over the phone for a job nobody has seen, because a number given blind is usually wrong in one direction or the other.
The rules our work follows
New Jersey requires master plumbers to be licensed by the State Board of Examiners of Master Plumbers, which the Division of Consumer Affairs describes as protecting the health, safety and welfare of the public. Our crews are licensed and insured. The state plumbing subcode, N.J.A.C. 5:23-3.15, adopts the 2021 edition of the National Standard Plumbing Code, and that is the baseline for the work.
Whoever you hire for plumbing work in New Jersey, ask about their state license before work starts. The board named above is the agency that regulates it.
What we repair
Our most common work is covered on dedicated pages: drain cleaning, water heater repair, leak detection, sewer line repair and toilet repair. The full list lives on the services page. We also run commercial plumbing calls for shops, restaurants and offices.
Where we work
The office sits in a borough of 26,206 people on 2.29 square miles, crossed by Route 17, US 46 and Interstate 80. We know the local pressures on plumbing: hard water from the Passaic Valley supply and basements that take on water when the Saddle River rises. The service area page lists the towns we reach and the water supplier for each.
Have a plumbing problem and want a straight answer? Call (973) 488-5410 any hour.
Call (973) 488-5410What to expect when a plumber arrives
The plumber introduces themselves, asks you to show them the problem and listens to what you have seen and heard. They look before they touch anything, and they tell you what they think is wrong in plain words. If the cause is not obvious, they say so and explain what test will find it.
Then comes the price, stated before work starts, along with the options. If a cheaper repair will hold, you hear about it. If a part is near the end of its life and will fail again soon, you hear that too. The decision is yours, and nobody pressures you on the spot.
When the work is done, the plumber tests it, cleans the work area and explains what was changed. If something needs follow-up, such as a part that must be ordered, you get a clear next step rather than a vague promise.
What we do not do
We do not publish prices for jobs we have not seen, because honest prices depend on the pipe, the access and the condition of the system. We do not invent review scores, awards or years in business. We do not promise an arrival time we cannot control, and we tell you honestly when a crew can reach you.
We also do not recommend work you do not need. A water heater that can be repaired should be repaired, and a drain that needs a cable does not need a new pipe.
